Former Employee - Collections in Fort Worth, TX

    Pros

The company offered great benefits and flexible hours when needed. The bonus pay was great, and they offered cross training in other departments. If you were weak in a particular area you could request additional training. They offered all sorts of additional perks for their employees.

    Cons

It takes a while to get promoted. You have to be able to adapt to change quickly without a lot of initial training.
