    Pros

Name recognition is a big plus. Great sushi in the cafeteria. Smart people in general. Global reach and opportunities

    Cons

Very impersonal place with no perks to speak of (impossible to find free coffee, no holiday party) Cold and impersonal. No concern for the individual.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't overhire, and don't overfire.

I have been working at Morgan Stanley full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

MS is a good place to get your start and learn the business. It's a reputable company and it looks good on your resume.

    Cons

You will find yourself working there for a few years without a raise. Promotions only occur once a year but you are not guaranteed a raise once you are promoted. You will do all the work of a superior level without the pay. If you transfer to a different department, it can only be a lateral move.
    This place is horrible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have to change your methodology. Everyone is quitting and going to companies that pay.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
