“Solid company but poorly managed”
Former Employee – worked at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Some extremely bright and talented employees. Excellent education modules. Compensation in line with the rest of the industry.
Cons – Poor management. Unable to filter out non-performing employees. They do not manage well across departments. Miss out on opportunities to cross sell due to territorial nature of salespeople
