“Positive and achieved some important milestones. Some great teamwork was accomplished.”
Current Employee – been working at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great Culture; Good People and a very professional atmosphere. Projects are very team orientated and employees work very well together.
Cons – Pay is stagnant and raises are very poor, sometimes non existant. Communication from senior management can be poor which leads to a lot of disgruntled employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Better comminication regarding Pay and a new approach to Compensation and how they calculate it.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
