If you like math, IT, finance, tight deadlines and continuously changing focus then it is a right place for you.
Cons
If you have problems with any of the above then you will not like this place. Rush, rush and rush.
Advice to Senior Management
Why do we have to rush always? Most of the times things could be done better if we got more time.
