Customized solution for different group of profession. Project the brand image of financial advisor . effective use of web site and social net working tools with compliance frame work. Provide the room for development of personal skills for seminar. Special training for speech, voice for seminar selling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Initial support to FA for servicing the client, better product knowledge , mastering the software , mastering tools for equity , mutual funds, CFF, ETF , advanced the screener , portfolio development and management t tools for customized solution.

FA is advisor first to the client and then it is marketing and sales person. So he should prepare for advisor and consultant to the client to satisfy the client objectives and goals within the frame work.

prepared the FA for seminar selling.Investment in seminar selling for hnw and uhnw special group.

    Cons

Retail focus... second in line to institutional business
Paid 20% below street (but still paid well)
