    Pros

    Healthy work environment and supervision. Intellectual capital, worldwide operation , best bank for M & A, trading support , capital market . highest assets management . Advanced research team.

    Cons

    I feed need of better marketing support and advertising and promotion support, need for timely back office and operation support, need up to date technology adoption, latest tools and software, advanced CRM and lead generation. Customized solution for different group of profession. Project the brand image of financial advisor . effective use of web site and social net working tools with compliance frame work. Provide the room for development of personal skills for seminar. Special training for speech, voice for seminar selling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Initial support to FA for servicing the client, better product knowledge , mastering the software , mastering tools for equity , mutual funds, CFF, ETF , advanced the screener , portfolio development and management t tools for customized solution.

    FA is advisor first to the client and then it is marketing and sales person. So he should prepare for advisor and consultant to the client to satisfy the client objectives and goals within the frame work.

    prepared the FA for seminar selling.Investment in seminar selling for hnw and uhnw special group.

    The products and resources to support clients' needs is great due to the company being as large as it is.

    Cons

    Large producing advisors are the only voice that is heard. If you don't directly add to the bottom line you are seen as expendable.

    To start focusing more on what makes the company run everyday instead of what brings in a dollar today.
