    Pros

The reputation is good, there are a ton of resources to help you succeed, access to any kind of investment you could imagine, and the resources and expertise to handle any situation for large clients.

    Cons

Not much support if any in general, no access to assistants until your book is big enough, bad retirement plan support (although most advisers don't do them anyway), quick turnover.
