    Pros

Good resources, freedom and flexibility on how to run your business, very attractive incentive comp plans and bonuses

    Cons

Botched integration, technology issues, policies and procedures went from easy to get things done (Old Smith Barney policies) to very hard to get the easiest thing done (Morgan Stanley policies). They are working on fixing these issues as quickly as possible but for now it hinders productivity.

    Pros

Great Education--paid by the company Potiential to make lots of money (If that's what floats your boat)

    Cons

You might not make lots of money. If you get out early--to work in a BANK for instance--they will sue you--and probably win You might make a mistake that could cost you $$ or your license

    Advice to Management

Quit this job. Life is too short to spend it ripping people off.
