“Great people, but stagnant environment”
Former Employee – worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as an intern for less than a year
Pros – The people were really friendly and nice, and the work environment was overall very friendly and light. It's a small branch on 52nd street so it is easy to meet people and make a lot of connections.
Cons – Nowhere to really grow if you want to seek other opportunities within the branch. You can only go so far in Wealth Management. If you are unsure about the business, you should try exploring other opportunities.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
