No one is happy working there, from top down.

Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee)

I have been working at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney full-time for more than 3 years

ProsWhen you have nothing to do, it could last a very long time, flexible working hours.

Consno room to grow, very unhappy employees, no bonus, no raise, no nothing, one can only feel happy still having a job.

Advice to Senior ManagementTerrible management ... wrong culture.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
