Horriffic

ProsGood looking people
Mostly nice hotels
Decent salary

ConsHorrible technology
Very poor senior management
Everyone is busy covering their asses
Those that aren't covering their butts are stabbing people in the back
Not a healthy environment

Advice to Senior ManagementIn the future try to hire leadership that is interested in making a difference. Sadly, with ineffective leaders it leads to ineffective operations and terrible service delivery. This is a company that has seen better times (like 1990). They were the leader then and now they are simply on the side of the road watching the smaller brands pass them by. Invest in your employees! The best investment a company can make. If you choose to take a position at MHG remember the warning of this review!

Little room for growth

Pros: Great people, interesting concepts, good training Cons: Little room for growth unless you're into the whole politics/brown-nosing… Advice to Senior Management: The Union is not always right. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
