Former Employee – worked at Morneau Shepell full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – - Canadian based company
- Offered competitive compensation and benefits
- Had the opportunity to work with some great people on the Consulting and EAP sides of the business.
- Good business model and complementary lines of business
- Employees really care about their clients and do what it takes to support them.

Cons – - Location at Don Mills and Eglington not the best especially for employees in the west end.
- Headcount and resources are run a little too tight and lean
- Integration between Morneau Sobeco and Shepell.fgi was not great but I think they were finally getting this corrected.

Advice to Senior Management – - Focus on continuing the new alignment of the Morneau Shepell brand.
- Look at ways to continue to diversify outsourcing business

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
