Cons

compensation is far below industry average if you do not fully the generous benefits plans offered within the firm. If you do fully take advantage of the opportunities there, the overall compensation is good. Career planning could be better managed as well as feedback mechanisms.

career planning for employees is lacking and managemnet does not seem interested in retaining young talent. Turnover is very high.
