Pros – The tips were good on the weekends. Free lunch on your shift. Good people
Cons – If the weather did not cooperate, it could be rough. Running in the rain or 100 degree weather
Advice to Senior Management – Management was actually very fair. They were strict at times, but it was usually due to employees own laziness or other such issues
