Pros

It's in Sandyford which suits some people

Cons

Management have no vision and the business revolves around leveraging their supplier relationships to pull through rebates which account managers don't see. There is also little or no professional services capability to support the sales process or deliver what you have sold

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your delivery capability and pre-sales support as you lose business to companies like Sabeo who have the delivery capability and kick your ass every time. Morse are usually just part of the beauty contest as a result

    Pros

    Worked with some very talented people during the project, but once the project is done, everyone is gone.

    Cons

    There isn't any career path per se within the company. No clear goals as to what needs to be done to achieve the next level, it might be a result of lack of clear company structure.
    Also, there are multiple divisions within the company but the knowledges were never shared.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have a clear organisation structure, break down the boundary between divisions and get to know your most valuable asset - your people.

    I have been working at Morse

    Pros

    Apart from exposure to Big financial firms, cant think of any.

    Cons

    Morse promise to develop your career and mention 6 month pay increases at interviews, but these are broken promises, I have been working here for some time and recieved neither.

    Advise has been given but none taken, so there is absolutly no point.
