Pros – It's in Sandyford which suits some people

Cons – Management have no vision and the business revolves around leveraging their supplier relationships to pull through rebates which account managers don't see. There is also little or no professional services capability to support the sales process or deliver what you have sold

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in your delivery capability and pre-sales support as you lose business to companies like Sabeo who have the delivery capability and kick your ass every time. Morse are usually just part of the beauty contest as a result
