    I worked at Morton Salt

    Pros

The pay is decent as well as company benefits. Another plus is that they are finally starting the process of modernizing their technology.

    Cons

Does not appear to be a company that offers advancement - many employees in same career for years, lack of training or quality training. People seem bored with their jobs and in my former role, it was not challenging at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Streamline processes and you can cut back on many expenses and employees/departments, provide adequate and quality training to new employees, be more straight-forward and learn how to communicate effectively with employees - learn how to attract and retain employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
