Current Employee – been working at Mosaic Company (Minnesota) full-time for more than a year

Pros – Laid back culture, good work-life balance, down to earth executives, small company feel.

Cons – Hourly have negative view of engineers, people that should be let go are kept around, and there's some brown-nosers here and there that are somehow still promoted even though they don't do a good job.
