Pros

People are stellar, the community at Mosaic is wonderful where most people are friendly and out-going. There used to be company wide trips but I don't think those exist anymore.

Cons

Compensation does not match the work-load expected. Work-life balance was off but improved towards the end of my term. Career development was good but could be better.

    Pros

    good for a little while,
    a job for the time being
    get to travel depending on position
    get to deal with technology
    may provide computer
    flexibility sometimes

    Cons

    little chance for advancement
    barely a noticeable enough raise after a year or more on the job
    little consideration for out of work life
    senior management is very poor
    uneven playing grounds pending on the boss
    poor communication
    lot of hours and no overtime
    poor reimbursement
    work when you get home every single day

    Advice to Management

    management should get a feel of how its employees are being treated by their boss. give a survey to the team to see how well their boss is doing and how they can improve. Create more chances for advancement and stop hiding so many things from their employees.

    Pros

    Working on the client teams has a lot of advantages. The pay is better and there are more advancement opportunities for non-professional (non-degreed) individuals. Career path is better defined.

    Cons

    For the back office personnel the experience is good for a starter position but you will not see much else of the company beyond your cubicle. Career advancement is almost non-existent due to a very lean staff and a management team that just doesn't care.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to provide training opportunities and career paths to its back office people. Management needs to change the culture at Mosaic from being so adversarial between the client teams and the back office personnel.
