Moss Adams LLP Tax Senior Associate in Everett, WA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

You are exposed to a lot of different accounting areas that will help build the foundation for a strong career in accounting

Cons

Not pleased with the management and as a staff never can tell where I'm at in my career or what if I'm making strides to being promoted. Feedback is terrible.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat staff better.
