    Pros

    The people in the trenches of Motion are good hard working people and working with the customers and building realtionships is a plus.

    Cons

    Lack of committment to inventory and poor training for new employees. Being lied to by upper management

    Committ to your go to market strategy. Don't make promises to customers and employees that your not going to keep!!
