    Pros

    For the love of Motocross.

    Cons

No opportunity for growth and a lack of recognition that any employee has a career path.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should feel that they are appreciated and make a difference. Moral is as important as the bottom line.

I have been working at MotoSport full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent benefits. Good friendships built within teams. Good Work/Life Balance. Okay employee discount. Ride days are nice. You get to work around people who love motorcycles!

    Cons

Like mentioned in a previous review, company morale from time to time can be a little low. Seems to stem from pay (could be a little better) and little recognition from some but not all of the management. The contact center is micromanaged. Things move a little slower since merging with BC. There are opportunities for growth within, but it is rare.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensation would be a plus. Figure out a way to take the company culture to the next level. Recruitment process could be improved upon to find more skilled employees. Weed out the negativity.
