Pros

Work Life balance
Great location.
Good benefits

Cons

Management is bad.
Engineers are not treated with respect.
Jobs are being outsourced heavily and only product management is being done.

Advice to Management

Give Engineer the role/job that they want to do. Don't force them to do the work that they don't like to do.

    Pros

    1) Work life balance
    2) Very smart engineers to work with

    Cons

    1) Company not doing great so not much benefits
    2) No clear idea about where the company is going

    Advice to Management

Rather than hiring more employees, it is very important to hire good employees and make sure they stick to the company. Management should give around 20% of time for their employees and see if everyone is happy working there
