Pros

There is a lot of scope to work on new technologies.
It is a good place to experience process driven software development.

Cons

The process part sometimes gets in the way of project objectives, but can be overcome by someone who is well aware of alternatives.

Focus on allowing employees to be able to grow and contribute more to existing as well as new projects in their departments.

    Pros

    Best HR practices; very good Work-Life balance; a place where they obsess about quality of work; clarity about how good or bad the company is doing

    Cons

    more managers than developers/test engineers.
    Managers give good ratings to senior employees to make sure they themselves dont get kicked out of their jobs.
    too much of status reporting. 4:1 ratio of time spent on status reporting to actual work done.

    - nice products working on

    - no tech career
    - change the subject all the time
    - internal policies issues between teams

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    MBA is not important in a tech company.. be more realistic.. and recognize your employees by their result not by the policy and if they are in the BBQ in the weekends with you. See Sanjay.. tech guy.. smart.. and did a lot for this company
