Current Employee – been working at Motorola Mobility full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Chance to develop mobile phones of Leading edge technologies. Good salaries.
Cons – Nights and weekend calls. Constant pressure of getting laid off
Advice to Senior Management – Please avoid the weekend calls
