I worked at Motorola Mobility full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Working here is a great engineering environment, individuals have strong technical and engineering talent.
Cons – Organization lacks maturity with regards to software technology
Advice to Senior Management – Bring in outside people experienced in software development and reinvent the company
