Current Employee – been working at Motorola Mobility

Pros – Even it's not a highly-respect company anymore, it's still a great technology company in the mid-west. Its engineering is still one of the best in mobile technology, and most likely the company will care more and value more those solid and talent engineers.

Cons – Too many managers, and most of them don't have passion for technologies. The products are defined by not-qualified product managers, and the products couldn't compete well even engineering team managed delivering products on time.

Advice to Senior Management – The new leaders seem really promising so far.
