    - Great and talented people. Cross-functional work is fun and rewarding
    - Developing cutting edge products that push the way people communicate with each other in this world
    - Always something new to work on, due to the fast paced nature of the job

    Cons

    - Tough competitive environment, not a given that they will be able to stay in the game
    - Motorola is shrinking under new management before hoping to grow someday in the future (has been shrinking for years)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Deliver on promise of innovative key products and really market and back them up with scale to start competing back against Samsung and Apple.
