I have been working at Motorola Mobility full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

-- Things moving in right direction after merger
-- CEO's strategies and directives seem very promising
-- They are treating employees much better now

    Cons

-- We have been hit with layoffs year after year and the lack of job security is very stressful
-- They are moving the company to downtown Chicago next year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Economic uncertainty is a fact of life now, but you need to find some way to control the budget so that employees are not in constant fear of layoff. This is terrible for morale.
