marketing is weak and getting weaker post Google focus is still on engineering, long track record of CEO changes and lack of direction and understanding of its role in the world

I have been working at Motorola Mobility full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

You sometimes get the opportunity to work on wonderful exciting projects. Company takes good care of everyone with pay and benefits. Lots of good people there.

    Cons

Often takes too long to make decisions on next products, etc. There are periods of frustration with nothing new and exciting on the horizon. The work is increasingly virtual (via telephone or computer) you may go for some time without working face to face with team members).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People working on same project being in same physical location is more effective.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
