I have been working at Motorola Mobility full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    1. good severance package is biggest pros for which people are not leaving the company
    2. work from home
    3. good policies

    Cons

    1. Total dissatisfaction among the employees, no rewards, full politics.
    2. Technical skills are totally died in managers. They are just waiting for severance.
    3. Managers are totally blind and incompetent and same is the reason for downfall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Change the severance policy in India and just watch what happens !!
    2. Try to understand the problems of lowest level engineers who actually run the show.
    3. The abstraction layer of manager between senior leadership and real engineer is very very dirty here, they just play dirty politics around.
