Former Employee - Senior Program Manager  in  Plantation, FL
Former Employee - Senior Program Manager in Plantation, FL

Pros

The people in Florida are great. They are hardworking and go the extra mile.

Cons

Management in Illinois. They think they know it all but they were the ones driving the ship when it went down. The Plantation facility was making money and very successful.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seriously look at who are original Motorolan's in upper management in Illinois. If Google is going to grow the business they need to clean house further.
