Pros

Loved my job, unfortunately the some of the senior management needed more experience.

Cons

Too many meetings, little action. A great deal of senior management that are not adequate for the job

Advice to Management

Hire individuals that are well rounded and know the job. Make sure the people hired are able to inspire and challenge the employees in order to promote success.

    Pros

good life/work balance, friendly working environment

    Cons

lack of innovation, very slow growth or no growth.
now even worse in the hands of google: a google company, but employees are not allowed to enter google facilities.

    Advice to Management

Need to learn how to repect employees, and how to write decent company emails.

    Pros

If you are a foreign worker on an H1-B and you need your green card, this may be ok for you. If you want to work long hours with questionable acknowledgement this is for you. It is probably ok for new grads to get some experience in the workforce.

    Cons

There has been a history of working long hours to compensate for poor management decisions. This has improved since goggle has purchased the company and I suspect it will continue to improve.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with the Google management style, this appears to be working! The old Mot did not understand 'managed by data' and frequently ignored the data if it meant they could get an additional bonus by looking the other way.
