    Pros

    Good solid products that can be sold and deployed dependably.

    Cons

    Very unresponsive bureaucratic company. They only effectively responded to the desires of Comcast, AT&T & Verizon. Every other account had to take what those wanted.

    brand recognition. good history. being part of Google can be a "pro", but it can also be a "con"

    Cons

    too many acquisitions, buying other entities and being bought by other entities rendered very little direction, process and culture consistency.

    start from the grounds up. seek stability in the short term, set new strategy and then move.
