Pros – well, as a fortune500 company, motorola has good reputation, history that is worthy to be pround of. However, in the recent years, it get lost.
Cons – need imporvement in management. Too many managers, too many meetings. Waste of money and time
Advice to Senior Management – have more stragetic vision on the market. Don't make stupid decisions and ruin the company as Ed Zander did.
