Advice to Senior Management

First of all middle level managers should enable their front line employees and not hinder them for personal glory. Too many bad decisions were made due to pride or politics instead of being in the best interest of the company. Also Motorola must continue to take innovation risks and push the envelope. Look at Apple. Motorola should not be a follower in the race to innovate.
