Current Employee – been working at Motorola Solutions full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – People respect other people. High culture of work. Good salary and other socials. Flexible work time. Everybody may feel as important person.
Cons – Time consuming process is applied to most of projects. From perspective of job which I really want to do (programming) this is sometimes frustrating. On other hand this process produce reliable software.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to pay more attention to high skills workers. They are sometimes underestimated so they change job.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
