Pros

benefits are good, pay is good, and I feel employees are treated well

Cons

it is a job, so naturally you have to work. Most managers are very understanding and will help you work through issues you may have.

a little more flexibility with remote working

    Decent company benefits.
    No other Pros

    Cons

    Work is not at all challenging, nothing to learn.
    Management is very bad at recognizing talent and promoting people.
    Some of the hires are terrible. Some of the most experienced people are even worse. It makes you wonder how such people got into the company
