Smart coworkers that knows their technologies and take pride in their work. Everyone wants to do their best and succeed.

Poor communication to employees. Have consistantly taken away employee benifits. Health care had gotten worse and no raises and bonuses.

    Great Team, Losing Talent Fast

    I worked at Motricity

    Pros

Great team of people to work with, was industry best, the technical team was able to pull off installation of new Data Centers in Asia Pacific Plenty of good talents from Telecommunications arena.

    Cons

Due to recent issue with executives, more and more of the talents have either been disappointed or disenfranchised with the low stock performance that there is hardly incentive to keep good talent or attracting new talent. Looks likely to be sold.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to rebuild character, establish good code and context, and find better directions instead of just relying on recently purchased company. Need products that will last in today's mobile world instead of implementation only on older phones.
