- Fair Pay
- Great opportunity to gain some experience in retail sales
- Free watch for employees
- A relaxed environment in most locations

Cons

- Low commission percentages on sales
- Customers are usually pretty snobby
- Little room for growth
- Can be boring at times

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advance from within the company as opposed to hiring from the outside. This will give employees a sense of direction while working.

    Great bonus- if you can make them
    Great discount
    Good employee benefit package
    Good communication from HR department
    Good profit sharing matching amount

    Cannot take weekends off without missing bonus opportunity
    No help with employees fighting over clients
    No company advancement opportunities
    Only good as your last sales day.....
    No way to balance work and family...great job for a single person

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to give at least one holiday weekend off a year to your management team. Sales are not as important as retaining good people over the long run. Support your management team with HR issues regarding hourly employees. Let employees who are salaried work a regular work week and take a lunch break out of the store.
