Benefits are decent like most other places.

Management is not open to new ideas High cancellation of products by customers (realtors) High pressure sales environment Unprofessional management

Advice to Management

Hire educated and professional managers Advance with technology and get better apps on mobile devices Take a look at what your competion, like Zillow and Trulia are doing. Make changes so you don't get completely blown out by competition.
