“A great place to make a difference for the web where you'll face interesting innovation challenges daily.”
Current Employee – been working at Mozilla full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Mozilla is filled with awesome people who really care. You'll be plugged in to the web community closer than you've ever been. If you really want to influence the world around you, Mozilla is one of the best places to do it.
Cons – Sometimes Mozilla can be slow to pick-up on non web-focused trends. Upward mobility in the company is limited in terms of position (mostly due to the size of the company) - but you can achieve greater pay rewards if you work hard.
Advice to Senior Management – Take more chances more often, especially where doing so doesn't require a huge resource commitment and builds on existing product inertia.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
