    I have been working at Mozilla full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Openness; Employee Rewards; Events and Participation; Huge volunteers and contributors.
    Feasibilty to switch profiles, gets a lot of help from the management. Asks for suggestions whenever needed. Can work from remote as well.

    Cons

    Haven't seen any cons till now and hope I won't see any in the future. Everything is a pro.

    I worked at Mozilla as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Consider Mozilla being poor (they really don't have a lot of revenue other than the contracts with Google, Yahoo, etc) and that we can only hire X number of people, products like Firefox stays top.

    * the JS team is really good at what they do
    * the security team is really on top of their own game
    * great workplace perks
    * great spirit among co-workers about privacy and open-source
    * great place to work on your open source ideas
    * Mozilla is trusted by many developers, more than Google or Microsoft

    Cons

    * most of your co-workers will be remote
    * even for locals they tend not to be in the office that often (maybe at most twice a week)
    * a lot things can't be done on time because of the lack of oversight in some departments
