Lack of career development and advancement opportunities make MRAS a bad fit for ambitious professionals

Baltimore, MD

ProsGE subsidiary
Competitive salary
Six Sigma training

ConsLimited or no opportunity for advancement
Limited or no career development resources
No alternate work schedule (9/80, 4/10, etc)
Less PTO than competitors in region
No communicated succession plan for management nearing retirement

Advice to Senior ManagementLots of managers nearing retirement should present an opportunity for succession planning / career development of qualified staff. Top talent will be lured away by companies offering career path opportunities and/or more attractive benefits packages (AWS, PTO, annual bonuses, etc.). Web-based corporate compliance modules are no substitute for in-service training.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
