Pros

Good location, challenging projects. There are many employees that are passionate about their work.

Cons

Senior Management is not always trustworthy. Many incompetent managers are employed.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more scrutiny on managers hiring their relatives (Rudy/Keith are gone but there are others).
