MultiView Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at MultiView full-time for less than a year

Pros – Lovely people, music and high energy environment, receptive management, engaging work. This is a great company to work for - like any job there is stress, but you are surrounded by talented people and responsive management who will help guide you through you the good times and the bad. I feel valued as an employee and enjoy the level of client interaction I have on a daily basis. Management respects your autonomy, and values your growth within the company. I am very happy to tell my friends I work for a company that pays well, and is cool enough to have chair races at the office. Bottom line is this, you work hard to achieve your goals and uphold the company's standards and there will be recognition for your efforts. We work hard, play hard, and do it all in a respectful and inclusive office environment.

Cons – There are cons in every workplace, but out of the others I've worked at so far, Multiview has the least. The sales team can get a little rowdy at times and it can be a little crazy, but the high energy keeps everyone pumped up!
