Pros

The people and fun work gatherings.

Cons

Work load and company not recognizing non-sales positions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care and acknowledge more about the non-sales teams. Focused solely on sales teams it seems like.

No opinion of CEO

I worked at MultiView full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good incentive programs and fun young workforce. However this is a facade for a high stress environment.

    Cons

Epitome of micromanaging and over aggression in the sales world. No one likes telemarketers and this company glorifies that role.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Examine why you have such high turnover. People are unhappy.

    I worked at MultiView full-time

    Pros

Very casual dress. You'll see people in shorts, flip flops and tank tops.

    Cons

You are asked to recycle the same leads over and over, there are times when your team will be given the same leads of an association that another team worked for weeks with no results. We had associations assigned to us where most of the people on the list weren't even remotely associated or relevant to the industry. It was insane. If you want mind-numbing work, this is the place to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None. It's not that big of a company, you either know what's going on or just don't care.
