Current Employee – been working at Multiband
Pros – Benefits are good
Monthly Bonus
Good people
Culture is getting better
Cons – Policies change daily
People are all about their monthly metrics and the bonus they want to get, and will go against any and all policies to get it.
This is "not supported" by upper management until the end of the month when everyone is trying to cram it all in for as much money as possible.
Hourly employees are paid terribly
6 days of PTO a YEAR for salaried employees, in addition to being "on" every day and holidays that don't really exist when your location never closes.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your people what they are worth- all of them , not just the techs and management. Provide better training to your leadership team and place more value on the work/ life balance for your management team. 6 days off a YEAR for salaried employees is ridiculous. Employee morale sucks in this company for a reason: people don't feel like the company cares about them and management has the difficult job of trying to keep people semi-happy on a daily basis when they get very little from the company.
