“Loved my job, horrible pay & too many politics”
I worked at Murad full-time for more than a year
Pros – -Loved my coworkers
-Great employee benefits (product discount, spa treatments, etc)
-Free building parking
Cons – -Pay was ridiculously low
-Lots of office politics amongst the management
-Complained to HR about issues and nothing was ever done
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees better. I loved my job and my coworkers but I left because I was offer $15k more for the same exact job somewhere else. Also HR needs to take complaints more seriously. I complained about comments made to me by a manager and nobody ever spoke to her or did anything about it.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
