Murex Employee Review

I have been working at Murex full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – high salary
good atmosphere but seems to depend on the team
a lot to do
still a small company

Cons – messy code, poor tools and process
poor management
not much career opportunity
developers are not given enough responsabilities
important hours

Advice to Senior Management – delegate responsabilities and decision.
With current organisation decisions are too long to take and many choices are just really bad choices

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
