    I have been working at Murphy USA full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    You can take your weekly 2 days off whenever you want. reasonable pay. easy to get job. If you are really good as cashier its very easy to become assistant manager.

    Cons

    Attrition rate is very high, you may ending up getting very weird schedules when people leave. Managers will make sure you will not get same time each day. they give store hours according to the transaction made each hour and ask us to do cleaning outside and inside in busy hours. most of the time you are alone struggling to have everything done. upper management make it very stressful for managers. you cant take 2 jobs if you work here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    please pay $1 more to night time employees so that they stick for more time. While allotting hours to store please consider cleaning and stocking duties too with the hourly transactions. Please don't irritate your employees to up sale, its hard to sell to someone who don't want it. try to give fixed hours so people will stay for long in your company
